PRESCOTT NATIONAL MEMORIAL LADIES

PRESCOTT NATIONAL MEMORIAL LADIES is a committee that has at least one member in attendance at every veteran's memorial service at the VA Chapel in Prescott or at the Prescott National Cemetery.  Veterans with no family in attendance are of particular concern.  Our motto is that "No veteran shall be buried alone."  This year (2007) we were honored to lay a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier in the Arlington National Cemetery (see picture below).  You do not have to be a member of the DAR to be a Memorial Lady. We are sponsored by the VAVS and the DAR.  For more information, please contact our chairman, Jean Petrie. Click on her name and an e-mail should come up addressed to her with PNML in the subject.  She would love to hear from you.
